Description:

The role involves leading solution design and architecture for multiple IoT product families and application fields, which includes hardware, software (embedded and server), and communication protocols.
The Solution Architect will oversee the technical implementation of IoT systems, guiding development teams on design choices and ensuring seamless integration with external services and systems.
Responsibilities include evaluating and selecting new technologies, implementing prototypes for validation, and ensuring solutions address business problems while meeting quality standards.
The architect will propose and develop algorithms for advanced data analytics solutions and maintain comprehensive documentation of solution designs, process flows, and architecture diagrams.
Maintaining strong relationships with cross-functional teams and business representatives to gather requirements and align design choices is essential.
The role also involves supporting the analysis and resolution of issues or bugs in IoT devices, assisting project managers in developing project plans, and collaborating on planning, design, and execution.
Mentorship and coaching of the team, as well as supporting the sales team in pre-sales activities, POCs, and customer meetings, are also key responsibilities.

Requirements:

A university degree in electrical engineering or an equivalent field is required.
Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking are necessary for addressing complex business challenges.
A strong understanding of embedded systems firmware and cloud system development is essential.
Programming experience in C or C++, or similar languages is required.
Hands-on experience with embedded development tools such as GIT, ARM compiler, JTAG debugger, oscilloscope, and protocol analyzers is necessary.
A good understanding of electronic circuit design and signal processing is also required.
