Description:
ClickHouse is seeking a Solution Architect to help build out their AMER user and customer community.
This role is remote but requires the candidate to be in the Pacific Time Zone in the United States.
The Solution Architect will provide expert guidance to clients, helping them achieve their objectives and understand how to utilize ClickHouse effectively.
Responsibilities include translating complex business and technological requirements into solution designs, working directly with customers at all organizational levels, and acting as a trusted advisor.
The role involves articulating the company's vision and product positioning, securing strategic commercial commitments, and using a solution-based approach to create value for customers.
The Solution Architect will identify and drive new initiatives that enable customers to turn their data into actionable business value.
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of experience with Open Source Software business models and proficiency in Cloud and Infrastructure software is required.
Experience with scalable and highly available distributed systems is necessary.
Candidates should have experience creating Proofs of Concept (POCs) and reference implementations.
Bonus points for experience selling databases or deploying applications with major cloud providers, as well as experience with database programming and data models.
