Description:
The Solution Architect will serve as a trusted voice of technical expertise in Public Cloud, Private Cloud, Power Systems, Server, Network, Security, and Automation.
This role involves guiding clients and the organization toward excellent technology and business outcomes.
The Solution Architect will work closely with Account Executives to build relationships and cultivate opportunities with new prospects and existing clients.
Responsibilities include identifying business concerns and technology challenges, as well as uncovering areas for optimization and improvement.
The position requires deep technical knowledge of LightEdge solutions and a broad understanding of the five key domains of LightEdge service offerings.
Solution Architects will conduct training sessions, produce training and demo materials for clients, and share knowledge within the organization.
They will collaborate with marketing to create marketing collateral and participate in events such as webinars and marketing videos.
The role also involves providing feedback to the product team to ensure the voice of the client is heard in the product process.
Candidates should bring unique perspectives and strengths in specific areas, particularly in Public Cloud technologies like AWS or Azure.
Requirements:
Candidates must have experience working with hyperscale platforms such as AWS or Azure.
A minimum of Solutions Architect – Professional Level on AWS and/or Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification is preferred.
Knowledge of the AWS Migration Acceleration Program and/or Azure Migration Program is advantageous.
A strong background in evaluating customer environments and using AWS and Azure calculators for estimating and pricing configurations is required.
Additional experience with Google Cloud, Alibaba, or Oracle Cloud is helpful.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for a collaborative team environment.
Proven experience in a client-facing speaking role is required, preferably in pre-sales or service provider contexts.
Candidates must have experience solving complex cross-functional technical problems.
Familiarity with CRM software such as SalesForce is preferred.
