Remote Solution Architect - React, Node /GCP

Description:

• We are looking for a Solution Architect with 15+ years of experience to be part of the product engineering team.
• The role involves acting as the emissary of the architecture and being the technical owner from design to resolution of tailored solutions to sophisticated problems on cloud platforms based on client requirements and other constraints.
• The Solution Architect will partner with appropriate stakeholders to determine functional and nonfunctional requirements, as well as business goals, for a set of scenarios.
• Responsibilities include assessing and planning for new technology insertion, managing risk identification and mitigation strategies associated with the architecture, and influencing and communicating long-term product vision, technical vision, development strategy, and roadmap.
• The role also requires contributing to code reviews, documentation, and architectural artifacts, as well as being an active leader in the Architecture Practice community, mentoring Engineers and others through Communities of Practice (CoPs) or on project teams.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience/expertise working as a Software Architect, with proficiency in specified technologies is necessary.
• Expertise in any frontend framework is required, with good to have exposure in React/NextJs.
• Expertise in NodeJs backend framework is required, with good to have exposure in NestJs/ExpressJs.
• Experience with MongoDB, GitHub, GitHub Actions, and Azure/GCP Cloud Services is necessary.
• Python for ETL process is good to have.
• High level of English proficiency is required to interact with a globally-based development team.
• The candidate must communicate in a clear and understandable manner with clients and articulate the details of the designed architecture using appropriate technical language.
• Natural leadership, critical reasoning, and good decision-making skills are essential.
• Extremely good knowledge of SDLC processes and familiarity with actionable metrics and KPIs is required.
• Operational excellence in design methodologies and architectural patterns across multiple platforms is necessary.
• The ability to work on multiple parallel projects and utilize time management skills and multitasking capabilities is required.
• Experience leading Agile software development methodologies is necessary.
• High-level design proficiency following UML / C4 / ArchiMate is required.
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices and tools is necessary.
• The candidate should demonstrate mentorship and thought leadership to engineers and decision-makers throughout the organization.
