Description:
Cherre is seeking a Solution Architect with a strong background in B2B SaaS and experience in the real estate and/or insurance industries.
The role involves understanding customer operations and success metrics to ensure they achieve desired outcomes with Cherre.
Responsibilities include developing expertise in the Cherre platform, leading strategic client meetings, and cultivating strong relationships with client representatives.
The Solution Architect will engage in discovery and scoping sessions, assist clients in defining business requirements, and formulate tailored solution strategies.
The position requires designing and implementing holistic solutions, conducting data analyses, and managing RFI/RFP submissions.
The role also involves creating detailed documentation and collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in Real Estate or client-facing technical roles, demonstrating a strong understanding of industry dynamics.
A collaborative spirit is essential, with proven ability to work effectively with sales teams to enhance client acquisition and retention.
Expertise in data and analytics is required, including knowledge of databases, data warehousing, and business intelligence solutions.
A client-centric mindset is necessary, with extensive experience in enterprise-level client engagements and strong organizational skills.
Technical proficiency in data querying, data modeling, and database architecture is required, along with proficiency in at least one programming language.
Candidates should possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to create compelling proofs of concept.
Exceptional communication skills are essential for conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences.
