Description:
Jobgether is seeking a Solution Architect to work remotely in the United States.
This role is ideal for a technically savvy and strategically minded individual who is passionate about driving digital innovation for nonprofit organizations.
The Solution Architect will play a vital role in the enterprise presales process, crafting custom solution architectures, supporting technology integrations, conducting testing, and enhancing the client journey post-launch.
Responsibilities include supporting enterprise presales efforts by gathering technical requirements, aligning solutions to client goals, and producing strategic onboarding documentation.
The architect will lead discovery processes and create custom solutions tailored to nonprofit client needs while managing CRM and partner integrations.
The role involves designing and implementing A/B testing frameworks to analyze platform performance and identify improvements.
The Solution Architect will assist in post-launch reviews and contribute to long-term roadmap planning to maintain a competitive edge.
Collaboration with Customer Success is essential to develop client education strategies and support key technical updates that drive retention.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is required.
Proven experience as a Solution Architect is necessary, preferably with nonprofits, tech platforms, or digital agencies.
A deep understanding of cloud architecture, middleware systems, and digital technologies is essential.
Candidates should have a solid foundation in enterprise presales strategy, technical presentations, and solution development.
Experience conducting A/B testing and interpreting data for continuous platform improvement is required.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills are necessary for this role.
The ability to manage multiple projects, mentor peers, and collaborate across cross-functional teams is essential.
