Remote Solution Architect / Tech Lead

• Servant Digital is seeking a Technology Lead / Solution Architect to oversee the architecture, integrations, security, and long-term technology strategy for their Grant Management System (GMS).
• This role is crucial in shaping enterprise IT strategy, ensuring cloud security best practices, and driving technology solutions across Grant and Customer Relationship Management platforms, with a focus on heavy AI integration.
• The candidate will define and implement the overarching technology strategy for GMS, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Responsibilities include architecting and overseeing system integrations, establishing security best practices, leading the design and implementation of solutions within Salesforce and Palantir ecosystems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• The role also involves developing and maintaining technical documentation, monitoring emerging technologies, and managing stakeholder expectations by effectively communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in technology leadership, solution architecture, or enterprise IT strategy.
• Expertise in cloud security principles, frameworks, and best practices is required.
• Proven experience with Salesforce architecture, customization, and integration is essential.
• Experience with grant management systems and AI is necessary.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise IT strategy, governance, and risk management is expected.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills are required, with the ability to influence and drive alignment across technical and business teams.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing scalable, resilient, and secure IT solutions is needed.
• Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced, complex environment and drive initiatives from concept to execution.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset are essential.
• Certifications in Salesforce, such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or Application Architect, are preferred.
• Experience with enterprise cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is required.
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and data analytics platforms is a plus.
• Previous experience in an enterprise IT leadership role within a global organization is necessary.
