The role involves collaborating with sales leadership to understand customer requirements and deploying technical solutions based on those needs.
The candidate will develop a deep understanding of Ema’s technology and architectures.
Responsibilities include delivering tailored product demonstrations, executing successful Proofs of Concept (PoCs), and positioning as a Trusted Advisor to customer stakeholders.
The role requires designing and architecting solutions that align with customer business goals and ensuring integration with existing systems.
The candidate will drive project teams towards the adoption of Ema’s solutions and communicate the value of Ema’s offerings throughout the engagement process.
The position involves understanding customer environments for deploying Ema’s solutions and working with the engineering team to create production-ready solutions.
The candidate will manage customer challenges through effective diagnosis and resolution, create repeatable processes, and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
The candidate should have 8+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Forward Deployment Engineer, or in a similar technical pre-sales role.
A strong understanding of enterprise SaaS solutions and cloud technologies is essential.
Solid experience with solution design, architecture, and integration is required.
Familiarity with relevant programming languages and technologies is preferred.
A customer-focused mindset with a passion for understanding and solving customer challenges is necessary.
Excellent presentation and communication skills are required, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Strong collaboration skills are essential, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a global team.
