Description:

The Solution Architect will proactively engage with customer technical decision-makers and influencers to support their digital transformation.
This role involves running data workshops to create implementation plans that align with customer business goals and technical environments.
The Solution Architect will drive pilots, proof of concept (POC), and value optimization, ensuring customers progress from pilots to productive deployments by focusing on business impact.
Troubleshooting technical issues reported by customers during implementation and ongoing campaign deployment is a key responsibility, along with providing effective solutions.
The role requires identifying, escalating, and resolving technical blockers to accelerate architecture implementations and routing non-technical issues to the appropriate parties.
Proactive engagement with product and support teams is necessary to remediate blockers by conveying their impact.
The Solution Architect will leverage best practices to guide customer strategy and future growth, cultivating customer affinity with Insider solutions that drive impact.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in consultative or complex technical deployment projects, architecture, design, implementation, and/or support of highly distributed applications is necessary.
A proven track record of building deep technical relationships with senior IT executives in large or highly strategic accounts is essential.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are required, with the ability to orchestrate, lead, and influence virtual teams for successful project implementation.
Extensive technical experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, and technology management is needed.
Familiarity or strong working knowledge of development methodologies and technologies such as JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, REST, XML, and Database Technologies is important.
Strong product command and technical domain knowledge of SaaS, Marketing, Mobile Applications, APIs, or Programming is required.
