Remote Solution Engineer

Description:

• As a Solution Engineer, you will be a strategic technical partner to customers, guiding them through the design and optimization of data ingestion pipelines and onboarding new features.
• You will deliver custom implementations and scalable solutions that unlock immediate and long-term value.
• Responsibilities include serving as a subject matter expert on the NinjaCat platform, designing and supporting robust data ingestion pipelines, and consulting on scalable ETL/ELT pipelines.
• You will introduce and support the adoption of AI agents and intelligent features, provide technical guidance for integrations, validate data quality, and document solutions for data workflows.

Requirements:

• You must have 3+ years of experience designing and building scalable data ingestion and transformation solutions.
• Deep expertise in SQL, BigQuery, Snowflake, S3, and ETL/ELT frameworks is required.
• Experience working with large datasets in enterprise environments is necessary.
• Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is essential.
• You should have an understanding of data modeling, warehousing, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with scripting or automation tools, such as Python, is needed.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills and a consultative mindset are important.
• The ability to work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams is required.
• Familiarity with AI/ML pipeline requirements or experience supporting AI agents with data is a plus.
