Description:
Brightspeed is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their team in Charlotte, NC, with the option for remote work.
The Solutions Engineer will report to the Director, Enterprise Sales Engineering and will be responsible for designing, selling, and supporting solutions to customers using Brightspeed services.
Duties include working with Sales to understand customer challenges, developing solutions, preparing technical designs, and representing Brightspeed as a technology expert.
The role involves collaborating with internal teams such as Service Delivery, IT, Product Management, and Finance to ensure successful project implementation.
Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales engineering.
Proficiency in technology and telecommunications services, including network design and understanding of voice, data, Internet, and network/managed services.
Strong knowledge of sales strategies, processes, and negotiation skills.
Customer service orientation and effective communication abilities are essential for this role.
