Description:

  • Smeetz is seeking a Solution Engineer to join our team dedicated to revolutionizing visitor attractions' sales and revenue optimization.
  • As a unified commerce SaaS platform powered by AI, we offer attractions like theme parks and museums an all-in-one solution for product management.
  • The role involves providing advanced technical support (L2 and L3) to end-users, collaborating with developers and the customer service team for issue resolution.
  • Responsibilities include issue handling, collaboration with development, daily meetings with the customer service team, upholding KPIs and SLAs, collaborating with account managers, continuous learning, and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Must have an excellent command of English, with French being a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science required.
  • Experience in web development, data management, and debugging.
  • Solid understanding of technical troubleshooting, especially in L2 and L3 support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and eagerness to contribute to process automation and software improvement.
