Description:
Smeetz is seeking a Solution Engineer to join our team dedicated to revolutionizing visitor attractions' sales and revenue optimization.
As a unified commerce SaaS platform powered by AI, we offer attractions like theme parks and museums an all-in-one solution for product management.
The role involves providing advanced technical support (L2 and L3) to end-users, collaborating with developers and the customer service team for issue resolution.
Responsibilities include issue handling, collaboration with development, daily meetings with the customer service team, upholding KPIs and SLAs, collaborating with account managers, continuous learning, and documentation.
Requirements:
Must have an excellent command of English, with French being a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science required.
Experience in web development, data management, and debugging.
Solid understanding of technical troubleshooting, especially in L2 and L3 support.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and eagerness to contribute to process automation and software improvement.
