The Solution Engineer is a key part of Arcadia’s sales process, acting as a technical and strategic partner to the sales team, leadership, and clients.
This role connects client needs with Arcadia’s healthcare data and analytics platform, ensuring solutions meet the challenges of the healthcare landscape.
Responsibilities include showcasing the platform through tailored demos, translating client challenges into actionable use cases, and engaging with stakeholders to address questions and solve problems.
The role involves collaborating with subject matter experts to deliver high-value solutions and helping clients understand the transformative potential of Arcadia’s offerings.
Success in this role is measured by completing onboarding, participating in client meetings, and leading product demonstrations independently within the first year.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a client-facing role within the healthcare sector is required.
A strong understanding of healthcare dynamics, particularly in value-based care and population health management, is essential.
Excellent presentation skills are necessary to engage and educate diverse audiences, from CEOs to program managers.
The candidate must demonstrate flexibility and critical thinking in dynamic situations, providing clear responses to customer inquiries.
Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical solutions to various audiences are required.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills are needed to collaborate effectively with different departments.
Familiarity with healthcare technologies such as EMRs and EHRs is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PPT) is required.
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is necessary.
