The position is for a Solution Engineer at Tela.com, a company building a platform for creating, testing, and monitoring AI agents.

Notable clients include Jusbrasil, Nelson Wilians, Vórtx, Grupo Ultra, among others, who use Tela to automate workflows and create AI agents that are foundational to their products and services.
The primary responsibility is to ensure that partners can achieve their goals effectively.
A significant part of the role involves creating and maintaining automations, orchestrating AI agents, and integrating solutions directly aligned with the use cases of partners.
The role also includes improving the efficiency of one's own work and that of colleagues by creating tools and consolidating abstractions.

Requirements:

A minimum of 4 years of experience in the industry is required.
The candidate must have the ability to architect efficient and scalable systems.
Strong critical thinking skills are necessary, along with the ability to evaluate trade-offs between different solutions based on priorities and objectives.
The candidate should be able to collaborate effectively in a remote work environment.
Experience in developing complex systems using Typescript is essential.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from R$160K to R$300K annually.
