• Responsibilities include learning the features and best practices of the Incorta platform, teaching customers and colleagues how to use it, and defining the level of effort and scope for implementations.
• The position requires writing technical design documents to capture the technical details of customer implementations.
• Effective communication and collaboration in a cross-team environment involving customers, partners, and Incorta employees is essential.
• The role reports to the Solution Engineer Lead.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 3+ years of work experience implementing analytics or BI software products.
• Experience with at least one common data platform such as Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, Redshift, or S3 is required.
• Familiarity with SQL language and Linux server administration is necessary.
• Experience with data modeling is essential.
• Candidates should be familiar with cloud-based applications and architectures running in Google Cloud, Azure, or AWS.
• A willingness to embrace and thrive in a rapidly changing work environment is required.
