The company provides an all-in-one solution powered by AI for attractions like theme parks, museums, and theaters.
The Solution Engineer will provide advanced technical support (L2 and L3) to end-users.
This role involves collaborating with developers and the customer service team for efficient issue resolution.
Key responsibilities include assisting with L2 technical support tasks, collaborating with the development team for complex issues, and joining daily meetings with the customer service team.
The Solution Engineer will support key performance goals (KPIs) and service agreements (SLAs) to expedite bug fixes and improve software.
The role also involves working with account managers on account setups and solutions tailored to customer needs.
Staying informed about the product to accurately answer customer questions and utilizing feedback for product improvements is essential.
Documenting special customer setups to aid in bug resolution and contribute to product updates is also part of the job.

Requirements:

Candidates must have an excellent command of English; proficiency in French is a plus.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is required.
Experience with web development, data management, and debugging is advantageous.
A solid understanding of technical troubleshooting, particularly in L2 and L3 support, is necessary.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, is required.
