Remote Solution Engineer

Description:

• The Dynatrace Solution Engineer will play a crucial role in providing technical support to the sales team, specializing in Advanced Observability.
• Responsibilities include conducting demos showcasing Dynatrace's unique solutions, managing onsite and remote POCs, building customer relationships, and completing RFIs & RFPs.
• The role involves collaboration with various teams within Dynatrace, including innovation labs, Expert Services consultants, CSMs, and marketing.
• The Solution Engineer will evangelize Dynatrace's products at trade shows, identify new sales opportunities, lead technical evaluations, and present to C-suite executives.
• They will also contribute to product improvement by gathering and providing customer feedback to Product Management.
• Continuous learning and knowledge sharing are encouraged to enhance personal and team capabilities.
• The position may be filled at a higher level based on the candidate's experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent education/experience is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with observability or application performance management technologies.
• Proficiency in web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and programming languages such as Java, .NET, PHP, Go, Node.js.
• Advanced knowledge of Operating Systems (OS) like Windows and Linux, experience with DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering practices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, modern technologies like containers, Kubernetes, Serverless functions, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools like Ansible, Puppet, Terraform.
