Description:
The Solution Engineer, Install, Commercial, GC at Procore will work closely with the Install Account Executive team to provide technical expertise on cloud-based software and the Procore platform during demonstrations and throughout the sales process.
Responsibilities include conducting technical demonstrations, responding to RFPs, advising customers on product usage, and positioning Procore as the top construction software solution.
This role will report to the Commercial Sales Engineering Manager, Install Base and can be based in Austin, TX, Carpinteria, CA, New York, NY, or remotely in the US.
Key tasks involve supporting prospects and partners from initial contact to product demonstration and closing deals, collaborating with the sales team to address business challenges, training Account Executives, and mastering Procore's product offerings.
Communication with team members is essential through various channels like instant messaging, email, phone, and face-to-face meetings to share knowledge and best practices.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent work experience.
4+ years of Construction IT experience or 3+ years of tech industry experience.
Experience in project administration or management within the construction industry is required.
Familiarity with the Procore platform is highly preferred.
Must be enthusiastic about technology and modernizing the Construction industry.
For tech industry applicants, proven performance in a pre-sales support role selling SaaS solutions is necessary.
Understanding of complex web and mobile applications for documentation and project management is essential.
Interest in developing knowledge of enterprise technology environments, including storage, database, data warehousing, data integration, data analytics, and security.
Benefits:
Base Pay Range $51 - $70/hour plus commission, with estimated on-target earnings of $152,000 - $208,000.
