Description:

We are seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to join our Go-to-Market team in the United States.
The role involves guiding strategic prospects and customers in adopting and integrating Filigran’s open source platforms, including OpenCTI, OpenBAS, and OpenERM.
Responsibilities include delivering technical and functional guidance, building and running product demonstrations and workshops, and designing technical solutions aligned with customer architecture and business goals.
The engineer will lead successful Proof-of-Value (PoV) deployments, support smooth handovers from Sales to Customer Success, and represent Filigran as a technical advisor in client discussions.
The position requires maintaining strong relationships with the OpenCTI community and users, contributing to technical documentation, training, and integration projects, and working closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to influence the roadmap.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in Solution Engineering, Technical Account Management, Consulting, or a Presales role.
A strong understanding of cybersecurity or crisis management topics is essential.
The ability to explain technical concepts to both engineering and non-technical stakeholders is required.
Experience in leading workshops, technical trainings, or product demos is necessary.
Candidates should be comfortable operating in a remote-first, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
Fluency in English is required, and a second language is a plus.
Bonus points for prior experience in threat intelligence, SOC, or public sector cybersecurity.
