Description:
ActivTrak is seeking a driven and customer-focused Solutions Architect to join their Services team.
The role involves guiding customers through onboarding, technical implementation of the ActivTrak Platform, and custom data integrations.
The Solutions Architect will ensure customers achieve their business goals by delivering seamless solutions and maximizing value.
Responsibilities include acting as a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
The position requires delivering technical onboarding, deployment, and integration projects to ensure smooth adoption.
The Solutions Architect will serve as the subject matter expert (SME) on the ActivTrak platform, translating business needs into technical solutions.
Collaboration with Project Managers, Sales, and Customer Success teams is essential for delivering joint engagements and strategic project expertise.
The role includes collecting customer feedback to relay to Product and Engineering teams for platform improvements.
The Solutions Architect will develop and execute project plans and statements of work (SOW) for various projects.
Troubleshooting deployment, configuration, and performance issues is a key responsibility, along with providing expert advice on related topics.
Designing and delivering custom data solutions using tools like BigQuery and BI platforms is also part of the role.
Requirements:
Candidates must have hands-on experience in cloud platforms such as Azure and Google Cloud.
Experience integrating applications like Azure AD, SCIM, and API configurations is required.
Advanced troubleshooting skills for Windows and macOS in distributed multi-domain environments are necessary.
Strong networking knowledge, including routing, firewalls, proxies, and cloud security, is essential.
Proficiency in SQL, Python scripting, and data workflows is required.
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio for data visualization is necessary.
Expertise in Google BigQuery for data management and analytics is required.
Familiarity with SAML/IAM solutions and policy management tools like GPO and Intune is needed.
Knowledge of BYOD environments and large-scale software distribution is important.
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities are required, with experience engaging stakeholders at all levels.
A proven track record of translating technical concepts into actionable business insights is necessary.
Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach are essential.
Preferred skills include experience working with distributed teams in a SaaS environment and knowledge of JSON and REST APIs for advanced integrations.
