Remote Solutions Architect

Description:

• The Solutions Architecture team is responsible for the safe and effective deployment of Generative AI applications for developers and enterprises.
• As a Solutions Architect in the Strategics segment, you will help large companies transform their business through solutions such as customer service, automated content generation, and novel applications using the latest models.
• You will partner with customers to ensure they achieve tangible business value with GenAI by establishing a GenAI strategy and identifying high-value applications.
• The role involves working closely with senior customer leaders and their technical teams to move from prototype to production.
• You will design an enterprise architecture using ChatGPT, OpenAI API, and other services to maximize customer value.
• Responsibilities include embedding with strategic platform customers as a technical lead, identifying the best applications of GenAI, building a comprehensive backlog, and accelerating customer time to value.
• You will manage relationships with customer leadership and stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and scaling of applications.
• The role also involves contributing to open-source resources, sharing knowledge, and providing feedback to Product and Research teams.

Requirements:

• You must have 8+ years of technical consulting experience or equivalent, bridging technical teams and senior business stakeholders.
• Effective communication skills are essential, with the ability to translate business and technical topics for all audiences.
• Experience in leading complex implementations of Generative AI or traditional ML solutions is required, along with knowledge of network/cloud architecture.
• Industry experience in programming languages such as Python or Javascript is necessary.
• You should be able to own problems end-to-end and be willing to acquire any missing knowledge to complete tasks.
• A humble attitude, eagerness to help colleagues, and a commitment to team success are important traits.
• You must be an effective operator capable of managing multiple concurrent projects and prioritizing tasks ruthlessly.
