Description:
The Solutions Architect (SA) at Attentive will be responsible for driving meaningful business outcomes for customers through custom technical solutions.
The role involves designing comprehensive marketing solutions, including integration with other data orchestration systems such as CRM and analytics tools.
The SA will package requirements and solutions into Statements of Work (SOWs) that clearly describe the problem, solution, timeline, and cost to the client.
The position requires identifying solutions for customers to ensure their success within the Attentive ecosystem, considering their tech stack and exposure to Attentive offerings.
The SA will advise on integrations with other martech systems and data management platforms to maximize value from the tech stack.
Responsibilities include translating client requests into business and functional requirements, proposing product enhancements, and delivering technical presentations to clients.
The SA will serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, building strong relationships and participating in strategic planning of technology roadmaps.
The role also involves designing and implementing data pipelines and understanding analytics platforms for reporting and data visualization.
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical service environment is required; ad tech experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong client-facing communication skills are essential, with the ability to explain technical capabilities to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Candidates should possess creative problem-solving skills and the ability to craft innovative, reusable solutions in a dynamic environment.
Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript is necessary for automation and integration tasks.
Understanding of REST APIs is required for integration with CRMs, data warehouses, and other marketing tools.
Experience with ad serving and troubleshooting JavaScript tags, as well as familiarity with third-party data providers, is important.
Strong decision-making, critical thinking, organization, and prioritization skills are essential for project management.
A background in data architecture and management, as well as familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, and real-time data processing, is preferred.
Familiarity with HTML and Liquid scripting is also preferred.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000-$120,000 annually, plus equity and benefits.
