Description:

The Solutions Architect will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of client-driven product updates and modifications, as well as design and launch client implementations.
Key responsibilities include leading client discovery sessions, developing project plans, collaborating with engineering teams, overseeing client onboarding, and monitoring project progress and outcomes.

Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or a similar field is required.
Candidates must have 7+ years of professional experience in solutions architecture, product development, product management, or a similar role.
Proven expertise in managing complex, technology-driven change initiatives within a structured project management framework is essential.
A strong technical background with experience in building software using agile scrum methodologies and collaborating with engineering teams is necessary.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail are required.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills are important.
Excellent communication skills are needed to deliver clear and effective messages to various stakeholders, with a focus on documentation.
A high degree of initiative and the ability to work independently to achieve outcomes is essential, demonstrating a results-oriented mindset.
Candidates should be detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy, capable of balancing precision with productivity.
Experience in highly regulated or complex environments, such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or aerospace, is a plus.
