Remote Solutions Architect

Description:

• OpenX is seeking a talented and experienced Solutions Architect to join their team, focusing on maximizing the value of their multi-screen ad technology platforms for publishers and supply aggregators.
• The Solutions Architect will act as both a technical advisor and project manager, ensuring seamless integration of OpenX solutions into client environments.
• Key responsibilities include leading client onboarding, providing technical leadership, overseeing project management, maintaining ongoing relationships, collaborating cross-functionally, and monitoring product performance.
• The role requires effective communication with both technical and business stakeholders, as well as a blend of technical acumen and project management skills.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a technical, client-facing, or operations role that requires strong cross-functional program management.
• A background in AdTech or digital advertising is highly preferred, along with a solid understanding of the industry landscape and technologies.
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously are essential.
• Proven experience working with external clients in a sales, account management, or technical advisory role is required.
• Candidates should possess a deep understanding of common web and mobile technologies, including XML/XSLT, HTML, JavaScript, Flash, SSL, and other internet/networking protocols.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a self-starter attitude with a passion for innovation are necessary.
• The ability to work across teams and departments to drive projects to successful completion is crucial.
• Strong data analysis skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance are required.
• Effective communication of complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences is essential.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred, though not required.
