Welo Data works with technology companies to provide high-quality, ethically sourced, relevant, diverse, and scalable datasets to enhance AI models.
The Solutions Architect will play a crucial role in understanding client requirements and translating them into actionable, scalable solutions.
This position involves close collaboration with sales, operations, and recruitment teams to design, price, and execute custom AI and data services projects.
The role requires expertise in solutioning and pricing for large-scale machine learning (ML) and generative AI applications, including large language models (LLMs).
Key responsibilities include leading the creation of end-to-end data and AI/ML solutions, developing competitive pricing models, providing insights for LLM projects, collaborating with stakeholders, creating detailed proposals, and staying informed about industry trends.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field is required; an advanced degree (e.g., Master’s or PhD) is a plus.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in solutioning, technical architecture, or project management roles, preferably in the AI/ML or data services industry, is required.
Proven success in designing and implementing data-centric solutions for enterprise clients is necessary.
Strong understanding of AI/ML workflows, data annotation/collection processes, and quality assurance frameworks is essential.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills are required, with the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in using project management tools and CRM software is necessary.
