Description:

  • The Solutions Architect role at Appspace is designed for a highly experienced and passionate customer advocate who thrives in a complex technical environment.
  • You will serve as a strategic technical advisor to Appspace's key customers, ensuring their success and driving retention and growth.
  • Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders and aligning customer business objectives with Appspace solutions to achieve their goals.
  • You will provide expert technical advice and guidance to clients, explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • The role involves identifying, diagnosing, and resolving complex technical issues promptly and effectively.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and deploy technical solutions, managing client expectations to ensure smooth and successful deployments.
  • Conducting training sessions and workshops to enhance client knowledge and adoption of products and services is also part of the job.
  • You will monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
  • Proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks to minimize service disruptions is essential.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation is expected.
  • You will actively write and maintain comprehensive documentation of customer deployments.
  • The role requires close collaboration with sales, engineering, product, support, and leadership teams to achieve shared objectives.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a development role, preferably in a customer-facing capacity, is necessary.
  • A strong technical background with a deep understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON data structures, and front-end technologies like HTML is essential.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft ecosystem applications such as Sharepoint, O365, MS Teams, Viva Engage, and their APIs is required.
  • Experience managing client projects from requirement analysis to post-deployment support is necessary.
  • Familiarity with software development and API testing tools, such as Postman, is required.
  • Experience with complex SQL Database models, PowerShell scripting, Azure platform services, and infrastructure tools is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • A proven ability to build strong relationships with clients is required.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure is necessary.
  • Proficiency with ticketing systems and CRM tools is required.
  • A passion for customer success and a commitment to delivering exceptional service is essential.
