Description:
The Solutions Architect role at Appspace is designed for a highly experienced and passionate customer advocate who thrives in a complex technical environment.
You will serve as a strategic technical advisor to Appspace's key customers, ensuring their success and driving retention and growth.
Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders and aligning customer business objectives with Appspace solutions to achieve their goals.
You will provide expert technical advice and guidance to clients, explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
The role involves identifying, diagnosing, and resolving complex technical issues promptly and effectively.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and deploy technical solutions, managing client expectations to ensure smooth and successful deployments.
Conducting training sessions and workshops to enhance client knowledge and adoption of products and services is also part of the job.
You will monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
Proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks to minimize service disruptions is essential.
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation is expected.
You will actively write and maintain comprehensive documentation of customer deployments.
The role requires close collaboration with sales, engineering, product, support, and leadership teams to achieve shared objectives.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field is required.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a development role, preferably in a customer-facing capacity, is necessary.
A strong technical background with a deep understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON data structures, and front-end technologies like HTML is essential.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft ecosystem applications such as Sharepoint, O365, MS Teams, Viva Engage, and their APIs is required.
Experience managing client projects from requirement analysis to post-deployment support is necessary.
Familiarity with software development and API testing tools, such as Postman, is required.
Experience with complex SQL Database models, PowerShell scripting, Azure platform services, and infrastructure tools is essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
A proven ability to build strong relationships with clients is required.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential.
The ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure is necessary.
Proficiency with ticketing systems and CRM tools is required.
A passion for customer success and a commitment to delivering exceptional service is essential.
