The Solutions Architect position is remote and requires an experienced individual with a proven track record in developing innovative solutions for government agencies.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of federal regulations, procurement processes, and technological needs.
Responsibilities include designing and proposing comprehensive solutions that meet complex federal government requirements while ensuring compliance with government standards.
The Solutions Architect will work closely with the Business Development team to write winning proposals in response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).
The role involves crafting technical solutions and architectures, collaborating with sales, engineering, and delivery teams to create compelling proposals.
Specific duties include leading proposal development efforts, designing scalable and secure solutions, identifying technical risks, mentoring junior staff, and staying updated on emerging technologies.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
Candidates must have 15+ years of total experience in IT, with at least 3 years at a federal agency.
A minimum of 8 years as a Technical Lead, Solutions Architect, or Technical Project Manager is necessary.
Experience as a Solutions Architect or overall Program-level Technical Lead is required.
Hands-on experience with technologies such as AI/ML, DevSecOps, Low-Code/No-code technology, and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) is essential.
Candidates must be able to develop innovative solutions tailored to federal government challenges, including infrastructure and cybersecurity.
Strong skills in creating high-quality proposals, ensuring compliance with federal regulations, and collaborating with internal teams are necessary.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
U.S. Citizenship or Green card holder is required.
A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CISSP, TOGAF) is a plus.
