Remote Solutions Architect

Description:

• Glean is seeking a talented Solutions Architect to join their rapidly expanding, venture-backed startup.
• The role involves being the primary technical advisor to customers post-sale, focusing on the Enterprise & Strategic segment.
• Responsibilities include onboarding new data sources, implementing custom integrations of Glean, and providing tools and documentation for customers.
• The Solutions Architect will identify opportunities to expand Glean's use within customer business applications and provide training to customer technical resources.
• The position requires aligning technical plans with customers and Glean's Customer Success team to ensure priorities are executed.
• The role also involves assisting with issue identification, troubleshooting, and remediation for assigned customers.
• The Solutions Architect will collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to drive product improvements and will be an active member of the Glean customer technical community.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have software development experience in at least two of the following: Python, Java, or Go.
• Experience with API and custom data integration in a Hybrid or SaaS environment is required.
• Technical debugging skills, including log analysis and end-to-end transaction tracing, are necessary.
• A deep understanding of networking, including cloud and on-premise networking, is essential.
• Candidates should have experience in at least two of the following disciplines: Software Engineering, Pre-Sales Engineering, Post-Sales Engineering, Professional Services, or Support Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud technologies such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Microsoft Azure is required.
• Security and audit experience is necessary to understand the technical and audit framework of the product.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with at least three years of industry experience, or a Master’s in Computer Science or equivalent with at least one year of industry experience is required.
• Strong communication, project planning, self-motivation, detail orientation, and data-driven skills are essential.
• Pre or Post-sales Solution Architect experience in a product-led company is a huge plus.

Benefits:

• The standard base salary range for this position is $170,000 - $230,000 annually, with compensation determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
