Remote Solutions Architect

Description:

• The Solutions Architect at Iversoft is responsible for planning and documenting a product's architecture to ensure alignment between the product and development teams.
• They collaborate with a team of developers working on various technologies, including web and mobile, and should have experience in planning and building software from scratch.
• The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership skills, the ability to mentor and guide others, be dependable, responsible, work well under deadlines, and manage competing priorities effectively.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for this role.
• The candidate should have experience across multiple technologies and be capable of discussing architecture and programming concepts in a technology-agnostic manner.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of professional experience in frontend web development (React.js or similar) and backend web development (Node.js, Laravel or similar).
• Experience in a lead role within a development team with a minimum of 3 members.
• Proficiency in creating technical documentation, maintaining ERDs, architecture diagrams, and workflows.
• Experience in creating Jira tickets, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and interfacing with stakeholders outside the development team (e.g., product managers, clients, etc).
