Description:
Caseware is hiring a Solutions Architect to join the North American Solution Consultant team.
The role involves supporting larger customers in evaluating and implementing Caseware solutions.
Responsibilities include understanding customer technology ecosystems, gathering requirements, and strategizing on solutions.
The Solutions Architect will work with various teams including development, support, product, sales, and account management.
This is a full-time, permanent, remote position available to applicants residing in the US or Canada.
Key tasks include defining configuration requirements, capturing customer feedback, and maintaining resources for customer evaluations.
The role also involves designing processes to deliver consistent services and supporting internal improvement plans.
Requirements:
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in product design, product management, professional services, or product development in a SAAS organization, specifically in audit or accounting solutions, or in an Audit or Accounting firm with experience in software solutions.
Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills are required.
Candidates should be effective communicators who can interpret stakeholder needs and strategize accordingly.
Strong organizational skills with experience in managing multiple tasks and deliverables are necessary.
A resourceful self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
Preferred qualifications include CPA or equivalent with 5+ years of external audit experience, direct experience using Caseware, and experience leading audit or technology adoption efforts.
Software development skills, deep understanding of accounting processes, and experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software are also preferred.
Experience in documenting processes and implementing efficiency improvements is a plus.
