Description:
The Solutions Architect will work with passenger airline technology, focusing on industry-specific systems and solutions.
The role requires expertise in customer journey technology, particularly e-commerce solutions including PSS, NDC, GDS, and Offer & Order.
A deep understanding of passenger data structures and storage, including loyalty CRM, PNRs, EMDs, and other passenger data feeds is essential.
The position involves knowledge of ancillary offerings, including bundling, pricing strategies, and fulfillment processes.
The Solutions Architect will have experience in system connectivity and API integration, including designing and building integrations and managing API documentation.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, NodeJS, SQL, and NoSQL is required, along with hands-on experience in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
The role includes developing the client’s post-flight platform, focusing on integrations and workflows with internal airline systems.
The Solutions Architect will design and manage API connections and data flows from airline ancillary and loyalty applications to/from the Arcube platform.
The position requires being a technical point of contact for airlines during sales and technical conversations.
The role will enable data usage in downstream use cases like customer segmentation, personalization, and targeted marketing.
The Solutions Architect will optimize product architecture and data systems for performance, scalability, and accessibility.
Requirements:
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in passenger airline technology.
Expertise in airline technology, particularly in customer journey support for e-commerce solutions, is required.
A deep understanding of passenger data structures and storage is necessary.
Strong knowledge of ancillary offerings, including bundling and pricing strategies, is essential.
Experience in system connectivity and API integration is required, including managing API documentation.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, NodeJS, SQL, and NoSQL is mandatory.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud is necessary.
