Description:
Webflow is seeking a Solutions Architect - Automation to guide customers in successful implementations of Webflow at scale.
The role involves developing internal automation tools to streamline Solutions Architecture workflows and creating customer-facing solutions to accelerate adoption.
Responsibilities include crafting templates, integrations, and technical documentation to assist customers in succeeding on the Webflow platform.
The position is remote-first, available to candidates in the United States and parts of Canada, and is a full-time, permanent role.
The cash compensation is based on geographic location and experience, with specific pay zones outlined for the U.S. and Canada.
The role reports to the Director of Solutions Architect.
Requirements:
Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of experience in building applications and automations, with both frontend and backend experience.
The ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing priorities is essential.
Excellent coaching, writing, discovery, and presentation skills are required.
Candidates should be open-minded, with a bias toward growth and a willingness to engage in learning opportunities.
A welcoming attitude towards diverse perspectives from customers and colleagues is important.
Problem-solving skills are necessary, with the ability to identify new challenges and repurpose previous learnings.
An enjoyment of processes, systems thinking, and building out programs is preferred.
