Description:

  • Webflow is seeking a Solutions Architect - Automation to guide customers in successful implementations of Webflow at scale.
  • The role involves developing internal automation tools to streamline Solutions Architecture workflows and creating customer-facing solutions to accelerate adoption.
  • Responsibilities include crafting templates, integrations, and technical documentation to assist customers in succeeding on the Webflow platform.
  • The position is remote-first, available to candidates in the United States and parts of Canada, and is a full-time, permanent role.
  • The cash compensation is based on geographic location and experience, with specific pay zones outlined for the U.S. and Canada.
  • The role reports to the Director of Solutions Architect.

Requirements:

  • Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of experience in building applications and automations, with both frontend and backend experience.
  • The ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing priorities is essential.
  • Excellent coaching, writing, discovery, and presentation skills are required.
  • Candidates should be open-minded, with a bias toward growth and a willingness to engage in learning opportunities.
  • A welcoming attitude towards diverse perspectives from customers and colleagues is important.
  • Problem-solving skills are necessary, with the ability to identify new challenges and repurpose previous learnings.
  • An enjoyment of processes, systems thinking, and building out programs is preferred.
