Description:

As a Solutions Architect at Didask, you will bridge the gap between customers' complex learning needs and product capabilities.
You will ensure strategic clients achieve maximum value from the platform while providing insights to shape the product roadmap.
Your responsibilities will include designing client solutions, developing implementation plans, and collaborating with the Customer Success team for long-term client satisfaction.
You will identify patterns in client needs to influence product evolution and advocate for product enhancements based on customer use cases.
You will maintain deep knowledge of the platform's capabilities and cognitive science foundations, creating documentation and educating internal teams.
Your role will contribute to customer retention and expansion, support sales cycles, and help position Didask as a thought leader in effective learning solutions.

Requirements:

You must have a profound understanding of learning platforms or similar SaaS products.
You should be able to quickly master all aspects of the platform and envision creative applications.
Experience in translating complex business requirements into technical solutions is required.
A strong technical background with an understanding of the platform's architecture and capabilities is essential.
Familiarity with API integrations, data structures, and system configuration is necessary.
You must possess outstanding written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Excellent presentation and demo abilities to convey complex solutions clearly are required.
A proactive approach to identifying and solving customer challenges is expected.
You should have an understanding of how learning technology creates business value for organizations.
