Description:
Solutions Architects are responsible for integrating and onboarding new customers and onboarding existing customers to new product offerings.
They provide product and domain expertise to the broader Client Delivery team to help bring complex customer use cases to life.
The role involves conducting technical discovery, managing technical stakeholders, and workshopping to inform technical and architectural recommendations.
Solutions Architects support the technical aspects of customer onboarding to ensure that Simon customers derive value from the product quickly.
They work with customer marketing, product, and engineering teams to advise on how Simon fits into their marketing and data stack.
The role includes translating customer use cases into workflows in Simon and diagnosing challenges at the intersection of data and marketing for senior leaders at F1000s and high-growth companies.
Solutions Architects collaborate closely with sales, client solutions, engineering, and product teams to shape product vision and deployment strategy.
They convey the voice of customers to a product and engineering team focused on quality, teamwork, and supporting customer objectives.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of professional work experience, with at least 2 years in solutions architecture, sales engineering, or SaaS implementation.
Strong business acumen and the ability to strategically partner with clients are essential.
Knowledge of complex data models and the ability to map business needs to technical needs and vice versa is required.
SQL expertise or proficiency in similar relevant programming languages is necessary.
A deep understanding of APIs, web/mobile SDKs, and related technologies is important.
Candidates should be results-oriented strategic thinkers who thrive in unstructured and fast-paced environments.
Intellectual curiosity and problem-solving skills are crucial.
Superior emotional intelligence and communication skills are required.
The ability to quickly absorb and comprehend the evolving landscape of data and marketing technology is a plus.
Candidates must be able to work independently to deliver outcomes while collaborating with and across teams.
Superior presentation skills and the ability to think on one's feet are necessary.
A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a technical field is preferred.
