Description:

The Solutions Architect plays a critical role within the FireMon Customer Experience team, helping to assess business opportunities and shape strategies to address technical challenges.
This role collaborates closely with security architects, infrastructure specialists, and engineering teams within customer organizations to design impactful, results-driven solutions.
You will support both Pre-Sale (Buyer’s Journey) and Post-Sale (Customer Journey) phases.
Your technical expertise, strategic insights, and in-depth product knowledge will empower customers to make informed decisions and achieve success in their projects.
Responsibilities include contributing to process improvement and implementation methodology, providing thought leadership related to API integration, and conducting business process analyses.
You will partner with users to define and analyze problems, help develop and manage the requirements gathering process, and review system test plans.
Additionally, you will serve as a functional and technical resource for the project team and establish Level of Effort (LOE) and duration estimates for projects.
Building architecture best practices is also a key responsibility.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in the field of Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or equivalent practical experience is required.
Five or more years of business analysis and consulting experience, particularly within large corporations related to enterprise software implementation and change management, is necessary.
Five or more years of experience designing and implementing client-facing solutions is required.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills are essential.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
