Description:
Softrams is seeking to hire a talented Solutions Architect who is highly focused, detail-oriented, and able to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
This role is 100% remote and involves translating customer IT needs and future goals into actionable plans.
The Solutions Architect will help transform the way federal agencies use technology, including cloud migration, integrating advanced technology, and modernizing legacy systems.
The position will focus on Business Development efforts, primarily solutioning in response to Federal RFPs.
The IT Solutions Architect will design and deliver sophisticated IT solutions for federal customers.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in federal systems architecture and a proven track record in developing solutions for complex federal challenges.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree is required for this position.
Candidates must have 2-5 years of previous experience as a solution architect or in a similar technology leadership role.
Demonstrated experience in developing and leading winning solutions for new and re-compete Federal business pursuits is essential.
Prior experience as a technology leader implementing technology solutions using industry best practices is required.
Candidates should have broad knowledge of technology frameworks, techniques, and industry trends.
Experience working with growth and delivery teams in a federal government contracting environment is necessary.
Excellent communication and strategic thinking abilities, along with a problem-solving aptitude, are required.
A solid understanding of broad technology trends and the ability to align innovation with business and customer goals is essential.
Strong communication skills to convey technical topics in easy-to-understand business terms and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners are necessary.
Candidates must be able to obtain a U.S. Federal Position of Trust clearance designation and must have lived in the United States for 3 of the last 5 years.
