Description:
As a Solutions Architect at Braze, you will be part of the One-Time Services team, responsible for the early integration and onboarding phase of the customer lifecycle.
You will provide data architecture and design guidance, technical implementation guidance, and advanced use-case solutioning.
Your role involves acting as the technical conduit between Braze, partners, and the client’s product and engineering teams.
You will work with an account team that includes Sales, Customer Onboarding Managers, Partner Engagement Managers, and Customer Success Managers.
Your focus will be on understanding each client’s business and technical requirements to ensure a fast time-to-value from their investment in Braze.
You will support clients in tackling complex use cases and customizing Braze’s product through workshops, meetings, and documented communications.
Responsibilities include engaging with customer teams to understand their requirements, facilitating product functionality inquiries, and documenting technical requirements and risks.
You will design technical implementation plans and support customers in achieving effective SDK and API integrations with Braze.
You will also troubleshoot technical issues during the implementation process and design tools to enhance customer integrations and onboarding.
Requirements:
You must have at least 1+ years of relevant experience in areas such as marketing, mobile marketing, implementation, technical support, business analysis, or customer success.
Strong product command and technical domain knowledge of SaaS, Marketing, Mobile, APIs, or Programming is required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong influencing skills and follow-up capabilities, are essential.
You should be a team player who works well with internal and external stakeholders, including technical resources and project management teams.
A problem-solving mindset with a high level of intellectual curiosity is necessary.
You should be eager to learn more about your role and its impact on others.
