Description:
The Solutions Architect will play a crucial role in leading the company's growth in the computer and network security industry.
This remote position will report directly to the VP, Sales and involve expanding the sales engineering team across the U.S.
Responsibilities include providing technical assistance to the sales team, supporting customers, and driving proof of concept/evaluation phases.
The Solutions Architect will partner with the Sales team and customers to understand technical requirements, lead technical discussions, and provide technical expertise on product features and customization.
Other duties include drafting technical documentation, delivering demos, coordinating with internal teams, and managing trials with clients.
Requirements:
5+ years' experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer/Solutions Architect in networking and/or security platforms.
Technical knowledge of networking and security platforms, including network port and vulnerability scanning, vulnerability management solutions, and common network scanning tools.
Expertise in OSI Layer related technologies, networking protocols, and tools like Metasploit, Nessus, Nmap, etc.
Strong presentation and communication skills, ability to influence cross-functionally, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in SalesForce.com, willingness to travel at least 20%.
