Description:
Glean is seeking a talented Solutions Architect to join their rapidly expanding, venture-backed startup.
The role involves being the primary technical advisor to customers post-sale, focusing on the Enterprise & Strategic segment.
Responsibilities include onboarding new data sources, implementing custom integrations of Glean, and providing tools, templates, and documentation for customers.
The Solutions Architect will identify opportunities to expand Glean's use within customer business application architecture.
Training and guidance will be provided to customer technical resources to enable them to manage and extend Glean in their environment.
The role requires alignment of technical plans with customers and Glean Customer Success to ensure priorities are executed.
The Solutions Architect will assist with issue identification, troubleshooting, and remediation for assigned customers.
Collaboration with Product Management and Engineering is necessary to drive product improvements.
Active participation in the Glean customer technical community is expected.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with at least 3 years of technical consulting experience, or a Master’s in Computer Science or equivalent with at least 1 year of technical consulting experience is required.
Software development experience in at least two of the following: Python, Java, or Go is necessary.
Experience with API and custom data integration in a Hybrid or SaaS environment is required.
Technical debugging skills, including log analysis, code analysis, and end-to-end transaction tracing, are essential.
A deep understanding of networking, including cloud and on-premise networking, is required.
Experience in at least two of the following disciplines: Software Engineering, Pre-Sales Engineering, Post-Sales Engineering, Professional Services, or Support Engineering is needed.
Hands-on experience with Cloud technologies in at least one of the following: Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Microsoft Azure is necessary.
Security and audit experience, with the ability to understand the technical and audit framework of the product, is required.
Strong communication skills for professional presentation and interaction with customers and internal teams are essential.
Project planning skills to plan and execute customer project implementations are necessary.
A self-motivated approach to delivering service to customers is required.
Detail-oriented and highly organized individuals are preferred.
Data-driven mindset to utilize metrics for assessing success and improvement opportunities is important.
Pre or Post-sales Solution Architect experience in a product-led company is a huge plus.
