Description:

  • Simbe Robotics is seeking a knowledgeable and innovative Solutions Architect to join the Customer Experience team.
  • The Solutions Architect will play a crucial role in designing and implementing cutting-edge robotic solutions that enhance operational efficiency for clients.
  • This position requires a strong technical background combined with excellent communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Responsibilities include analyzing client requirements and translating them into technical solutions using Simbe Robotics' products.
  • The role involves designing scalable and efficient architectures for robotic systems that meet customer needs.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and sales, is essential to ensure successful deployment of solutions.
  • The Solutions Architect will conduct QA as needed on existing tooling to ensure client needs are met.
  • Providing technical guidance and support during the pre-sales process and post-deployment phases is a key responsibility.
  • Regular assessments and optimizations of existing solutions will be conducted to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the organization is expected.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or in a similar technical role, preferably in robotics, automation, or similar industries, is necessary.
  • Experience with robotic frameworks like ROS (Robot Operating System) is highly desirable.
  • System integration experience, including working with APIs, cloud platforms, and IoT systems, is required.
  • Familiarity with Tableau and experience in creating and managing dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to clients is needed.
  • A basic understanding of codebases, with the ability to review and understand software related to deployment, operation, or integration of robotic systems, is essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues during deployment and support phases are required.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships in a fast-paced environment, are necessary.

Benefits:

  • The base salary offered ranges from $100,000 to $140,000 a year, based on market location and individualized factors for job candidates.
  • The total compensation package may also include other elements, including equity compensation, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
