Remote Solutions Architect | Data Center | Network (Remote)

Description:

• The Solutions Architect will assess opportunities and determine the level of effort required to execute Professional Services engagements to ensure client success and design solutions to optimize client results and internal goals.
• This position will conduct client-facing meetings with the respective sales teams to gather necessary information for solutions of the network, storage, compute, and wireless installations, decommissions, and migrations while ensuring cost components meet or exceed Trace3 and client requirements.
• The role involves leading the Professional Services team in providing services that meet or exceed customer requirements and positioning Trace3 for a differentiated response.
• The Solutions Architect will determine the resource skill set necessary to deliver accurately and successfully on a wide range of requests.
• They will identify and quantify all cost factors involved in an engagement, obtain material pricing from vendors, and organize all necessary information to create and submit proposals to clients/sales teams.
• The position requires serving as a Subject Matter Expert to identify and qualify Professional Services opportunities and maintaining in-depth knowledge of company offerings and upcoming technologies via training and research.
• Participation in customer solution presentations and delivering Professional Services content and value positioning is expected.
• The Solutions Architect will prepare and submit RFI/RFP responses before the due date to clarify discrepancies in the specifications, plans, or scope of a project designed by an outside architect/consultant.
• They will interface with internal Professional Services team, sales teams, and Client Success Managers in the preparation of final LOEs and SOWs.
• Establishing rapport and confidence with client/sales teams and clients while maintaining overall satisfaction throughout the solutions and sales lifecycle is crucial.
• The role includes establishing and maintaining working relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
• The Solutions Architect will assist in developing IT Solution design templates, standards, and guidelines to improve solution accuracy and efficiency.
• They will manage marketing activities for Managed Service offerings and assist in researching and developing new products.
• Other related duties as required and assigned will also be performed.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university is preferred.
• A minimum of 6 years of solutioning and sales support experience in Network, Data Center, Infrastructure, and wireless deployments is required.
• Knowledge in Smart Hands, Rack and Stack, Active Directory, DNS, Remote Desktop Services, Cloud environment, Network design, Windows Server, and Authentication technologies is necessary.
• Experience in cost analysis and developing pricing outputs based on a Level of Effort (LOE) or Basis of Estimate (BOE) is essential.
• The candidate should have experience in scoping and solutioning $1M-$5M+ deployment and migration projects.
• Strong internal and external communication skills are required, with the ability to present dynamic and complex business solutions to clients of all levels.
• Excellent communication in English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
• The candidate must possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to handle diverse situations, multiple pursuits, and rapidly changing priorities.
• Strong conflict resolution and/or mediation skills are also required.
