Description:

FURTHER is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to design and implement technical solutions for complex business challenges faced by their largest customers.
The role involves partnering with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to ensure a smooth technical implementation for customers.
The Solutions Architect will serve as the technical escalation point for customer issues, providing quick and effective solutions while collaborating with engineering and support teams.
Responsibilities include planning, executing, and managing technical projects for customers, ensuring timelines and expectations are met.
The position requires close collaboration with the product team to influence the roadmap based on customer needs and support the customer success team with technical escalations.
The Solutions Architect will guide the implementation team on best practices and solution design to ensure seamless delivery.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect or in a customer-facing technical role such as Customer Success Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Support Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
A customer-centric mindset and a genuine passion for helping customers achieve their goals are essential.
Technical proficiency is required, including experience with cloud-based platforms, APIs, scripting languages like Javascript and Python, databases, and a general understanding of modern internet operations.
A proven track record of architecting and delivering innovative solutions focusing on scalability, efficiency, and user experience is necessary.
Candidates should have experience in managing technical projects, setting expectations, and adhering to deadlines.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for a non-technical audience and build rapport with clients.

The target salary for this role is around $120,000 USD, depending on work experience, transferable skills, business needs, and market demands.
