The Solutions Architect will support Federal Government growth efforts by creating and communicating technical solutions that meet customer needs.
Responsibilities include creating solutions for specific opportunities, leading the development of solutions with technical experts, contributing to customer-facing artifacts, and engaging with high-level customers.
The role requires mentoring team members, applying knowledge of modern software development concepts, and balancing multiple opportunities in a dynamic environment.
Requirements:
Candidates must have over 7 years of experience in IT solution delivery and a significant role in Federal proposals.
Strong knowledge of Agile, Human-Centered Design (HCD), and DevSecOps practices is required, with familiarity with the Digital Services Playbook being a bonus.
Knowledge in architecture, design, and delivery techniques for modern cloud solutions is essential.
Candidates should understand human-centered design and product management, and be effective in cross-functional team collaboration.
The ability to transform expert insights into persuasive content and manage proposal sections is necessary.
Preferred qualifications include experience with HHS Operating Divisions, knowledge of Healthcare Data Interoperability (e.g., FHIR), and familiarity with Salesforce or other low-code systems.
Candidates must be U.S. citizens or have documented proof of eligibility to work in the U.S., have lived in the U.S. for at least the past 3 years, and be able to pass a background investigation for a Public Trust position.
