Description:

Zapier is seeking a Solutions Architect, Enterprise to join their Sales team in the Americas.
This role involves defining and overseeing large-scale, high-complexity technical solutions that significantly impact enterprise customers.
The Solutions Architect will educate customers as a trusted advisor on automation and integration efforts, becoming an expert on automation workflows.
The position requires navigating complex sales processes and designing joint integration architectures with customers' Engineering teams.
The Solutions Architect will partner with Growth, Engineering, and Product teams to gather feedback from prospective customers and influence the product roadmap.
Responsibilities include strategic leadership, executive collaboration, technical innovation, mentorship and development, resource management, and cross-departmental influence.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in architecture, particularly in technical B2B SaaS companies.
Expertise in APIs, integrations, automation at scale, and emerging technologies is required.
A proven track record of designing and implementing organization-wide technical solutions for high-value clients is essential.
Candidates should have experience engaging with C-suite stakeholders and guiding strategic conversations around automation.
Leadership experience in mentoring architects and leading large-scale projects is necessary.
The ability to lead industry-first initiatives and shape technology strategy for enterprise customers is required.
Candidates must demonstrate success in closing 6-7 figure software deals and maintaining relationships with executive stakeholders.
