Description:

  • The Solutions Architect role at CoverGo involves providing design and delivery expertise for modern cloud-based insurance solutions.
  • The successful candidate will work directly with clients to understand their needs, design tailored solutions, and support business initiatives.
  • This position emphasizes solutions leveraging heavily on AWS and/or GCP environments, incorporating open-source, PaaS, and SaaS components.
  • Responsibilities include engaging with clients, collaborating with Product Managers, overseeing architecture approach during deployment, exploring creative alternatives, and ensuring solutions meet client expectations and company standards.
  • The role also involves identifying off-the-shelf components, providing ongoing support to clients, and staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 years of professional experience in solution architecture design and delivery roles in the insurance vertical with exposure to multiple lines of business.
  • Experience in delivering cloud-based technology product solutions in an enterprise environment.
  • Ability to assist in defining and socializing a product/enterprise roadmap, translating client requirements into actionable steps and solution architectures.
  • Understanding of business architecture models & patterns, designing innovative solutions, and thinking creatively within business constraints.
  • Proficiency in designing cloud-based applications, relational DB, noSQL environments, API & Micro-services, and self-learning new technology trends.
  • Ideally, experience or understanding of low-code platforms, multiple development languages, various DB engines, and authentication concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
