Description:

• The Senior Solutions Architect (SA) at Pure Storage is a highly experienced technical professional responsible for collaborating with both Pure’s partners and clients.
• The SA will engage directly with Global System Integrators (GSIs) and Service Provider clients, working closely with Pure's sales and pre-sales teams to address customer needs.
• The role requires an expert-level understanding of current IT industry trends, a broad and deep technical background, and strong business acumen.
• The SA will drive strategic deals in existing GSI accounts as well as Pure white space accounts at a regional level.
• Responsibilities include defining end-to-end solutions, building and maintaining partner status requirements, and working cross-functionally with product management.
• The SA will establish technical credibility with partners/clients, determine best-of-breed technology solutions, and guide the sales team in a hyper-competitive environment.
• The position involves mentoring other SAs, leading marketing activities, and creating social media content to promote the company’s vision.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience is required.
• Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in technical leadership expertise.
• Product experience across technology vendors within the specific region is necessary.
• Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex ideas for both technical and non-technical audiences, are essential.
• Strong technical knowledge in storage, compute, database, networking, virtualization, and emerging technologies such as AI/ML and Big Data Analytics is required.
• Candidates should possess a combination of strategic thinking and detail-oriented problem-solving skills.
• An entrepreneurial and ambitious approach with a passion for making a difference is important.
• Strong executive presence and the ability to work collaboratively across the organization are necessary.
• Proficiency in driving results and adapting to a dynamically-evolving environment is required.
• Business fluent English and German skills are mandatory.
• Existing experience working for or with Accenture is a clear bonus.
