The Solutions Architect will support ongoing and new implementations, partnering with customers and internal teams to create scalable cloud architectures.
Responsibilities include working across business and IT teams to define technology strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement client projects, and authoring project architecture design documents.
The role will focus on defining solutions for the Medicaid line of business and providing training and support to internal teams.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a strong understanding and passion for healthcare data and systems, particularly in Medicaid, including Medical Claims, Pharmacy Claims, and Clinical data.
Domain expertise in Medicaid data sets, specifically T-MSIS, is required.
Ability to define solution architecture vision in design documents is essential.
Candidates should possess broad technical knowledge in infrastructure, data models, and programming, with experience in AWS, Azure, Databricks, and Snowflake preferred.
A strong understanding of healthcare industry trends and previous payer operational experience is preferred.
Experience in translating business needs into technology solutions is necessary.
Strong communication skills are required to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
Experience in the payer/insurance data space and understanding of historical data architecture needs is important.
Understanding of client services or experience with cloud-based data management providers is beneficial.
Candidates should have a desire to engage with vendor partners to support both external and internal goals.
