Description:

StrongDM is seeking a Solutions Architect to join their Customer Success team in Poland, working remotely.
The role focuses on driving successful post-sale customer deployments and acting as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers.
Responsibilities include designing robust and scalable deployment architectures, leading technical post-sales relationships, and guiding customers through hands-on deployment.
The Solutions Architect will develop best practices around privileged access and Zero Trust initiatives, triage complex technical issues, and provide consultative guidance to customer teams.
The position requires cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to influence the product roadmap based on customer feedback.
Documentation responsibilities include partnering with Product and Technical Enablement teams to create and update authoritative guidance.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 8–10+ years of experience in technical consulting, professional services, or post-sales solutions architecture.
Proven expertise in deploying technical solutions in complex environments, particularly with SaaS-based cybersecurity products, is required.
A strong understanding of identity, network, and security architectures is essential.
Experience with privileged access management (PAM), authentication, authorization, SASE, and Zero Trust concepts is necessary.
Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and operating systems (Linux, Windows) is required.
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) and scripting languages (Bash, Python, etc.) is needed.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are a must.
The ability to translate business objectives into technical outcomes and vice versa is essential.
Candidates should be comfortable in a high-ownership, fast-paced environment focused on customer satisfaction.
Nice to have: Experience with StrongDM or similar products, background in regulated industries (finance, healthcare), and familiarity with technologies like SIEMs, SCIM, OIDC, and SAML.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from PLN 25,000 to 35,000 per month, paid bi-monthly.
