A company is seeking a Solutions Architect in Germany for a remote position.
This role involves guiding enterprise customers through complex cloud transformations using modern Infrastructure as Code practices.
The Solutions Architect will collaborate with sales teams to design scalable, secure, and automated cloud solutions.
Responsibilities include leading pre-sales engagements, delivering demos, acting as a trusted advisor, and influencing product development with customer feedback.
The role requires staying current on DevOps practices and fostering relationships with technical and executive stakeholders.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in solution engineering, technical pre-sales, or consulting, preferably in cloud infrastructure and DevOps environments.
Proficiency in at least one major programming language such as Python, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, or F# is required.
Strong hands-on experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native technologies is essential.
Candidates should be skilled with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Pulumi, Terraform, or AWS CDK.
Familiarity with solution selling methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or SPIN is necessary.
A proven track record of leading complex technical sales cycles and delivering customer value is required.
Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences are essential.
Public cloud certifications and startup experience are considered a plus.
