Jobgether is seeking a Solutions Architect to work remotely in the United States.
This role involves guiding customers through pre-sales and post-sales engagements.
The Solutions Architect will collaborate with customer security, infrastructure, and engineering teams to create scalable solutions tailored to business needs.
Responsibilities include analyzing business processes, defining system requirements, and delivering customized solutions.
The role requires leading API integration strategies for automation and workflow enhancements.
The Solutions Architect will provide thought leadership in architecture best practices and solution implementation.
Support for end-to-end project lifecycles is expected, from pre-sales discovery to post-sales delivery and optimization.
The position involves designing testing strategies and assisting with validation to meet customer needs.
Documentation of functional requirements, workflows, and architecture specifications for both technical and non-technical stakeholders is required.
The Solutions Architect will partner with engineering teams to estimate effort, manage technical risks, and ensure successful execution.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or equivalent practical experience is required.
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in business analysis, solution design, and client-facing consulting within enterprise software environments.
Strong problem-solving skills with a consultative approach and attention to detail are essential.
Excellent communication skills are necessary to translate technical solutions into business value.
Experience with software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies is required.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, as well as hybrid cloud deployments, is necessary.
Preferred qualifications include experience with technologies like REST APIs, LDAP, SAML, ServiceNow integrations, and scripting/programming languages such as Python, Java, or Perl.
